The First Hemi Engineering AMA

Thursday’s Engineering AMA drew in an audience of at least 80 participants where Max, Joshua, John (JCV), and Antonio from the core protocol engineering team shed light on how the engineering team functions and major projects such as the refactoring of Hemi daemons.

The team also covered the deprecation of browser-based PoP mining, points dashboard updates, and the implementation of zero-knowledge proofs on the Ethereum side of the network. Other topics discussed include the long-term goal of decentralizing the Hemi sequencer, Chainbuilder — Hemi’s upcoming L3 ecosystem, and a deeper look at The Hemi Virtual Machine (hVM™).
